2021年澳大利亚营养学会(NSA)年度科学会议(ASM)将于2021年12月2-3日举行，会议的目的是介绍最新的营养学研究，并探讨其意义和应用。澳大利亚营养学会（NSA）成立于1975年，由来自不同学科的合格的实践科学家和教育工作者组成，他们共同关注营养学的宣研究和应用。NSA现拥有900多名成员，包括人类营养学家和营养师，医疗从业人员和护士，农业科学家和兽医，食品科学家，教师和学生；NSA的核心目标是提高和传播澳大利亚营养科学的科学价值和相关性。

About the event
"Nourishing Australia. A decadal plan for the science of nutrition", launched in July 2019 by the Australian Academy of Science, emphasises an exciting new era of “recent advances and new theory frameworks that offer a promise of tackling many complex scientific and pressing societal challenges in which food and nutrition play a central role”.
The theme of the 2021 ASM is Opportunities for Nutrition Science in a New Era, focusing on opportunities towards realising the decadal plan’s vision “that Australian nutrition science plays a key role in improving long-term health and wellbeing globally, while delivering environmental, social and economic benefits nationally”.
Plenary sessions will explore the four priority pillars identified by the decadal plan: Societal Determinants; Nutrition Mechanisms; Precision and Personalised Nutrition; and Education and Research Training from the perspectives of both human and animal nutrition.
