2022年美国临床肿瘤学会(ASCO)年会将于2022年6月3日至7日在美国伊利诺伊州芝加哥以线上线下混合会议形式举行。
美国临床肿瘤学会年会(ASCO年会)是世界上规模最大、学术水平最高、最具权威的临床肿瘤学会议，汇集了众多世界一流的肿瘤学专家，和与会者们一起分享探讨当前国际最前沿的临床肿瘤学科研成果和肿瘤治疗技术，很多重要的研究发现和临床试验成果也会选择在ASCO年会上进行首次发布。2019年ASCO年会数据：总参会人数42,417人，其中专业人士34,228人；国际与会者14,803人（中国有1,471人参会）。
美国临床肿瘤学会(ASCO)成立于1964年，是世界上最大、最具影响力的肿瘤专业学术组织，致力于癌症的预防、治疗及改善对患者的护理，ASCO是唯一涵盖所有肿瘤亚专科的组织。ASCO在全球150多个国家和地区拥有超过45000名成员，其中国际会员约占协会会员总数的三分之一，会员包括肿瘤学领域及其亚专科的临床肿瘤科医师、参与认可的肿瘤学训练计划的医师和医疗专家、肿瘤科护士以及肿瘤科执业医师等等。

Submission Fee/提交费: A $60 (USD) nonrefundable submission fee will be charged per abstract submitted. Payment is due at the time of submission. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment. Checks, wire transfers, and purchase orders will not be accepted.
- Payment waivers: First authors from low-income countries, as defined by the World Bank, may apply for a payment waiver. These countries include: Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tajikistan, Togo, Uganda, and the Republic of Yemen. At this time, Lower-Middle Income Countries are not eligible for this waiver.

Registration Changes & Cancellations
Reference the information below to help understand the key dates and the process for any changes you need to make to your registration.
- If you are currently registered to attend the meeting in person, there is no charge to change to an online-only registration until the cancellation deadline.
- If you are currently registered to attend the meeting online, you can change to an in-person registration by paying the the difference between the online fee and the in-person fee.
- Most changes and cancellations can be made online through the registration website until the cancellation deadline.
- Instructions will be included in your email confirmation.
Registration Change & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations:
- Cancellation Deadline: Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 11:59 PM (ET)
- Cancellation Fee: $75
- No refunds for cancellations received after cancellation deadline.
- Changes: Most changes and cancellations can be made online through the registration website until the cancellation deadline. If you are currently registered to attend the meeting in person, there is no charge to change to an online-only registration until the cancellation deadline. Instructions will be included in your email confirmation.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed up to 8 weeks after May 31, 2022. Foundation donations, membership dues, paper processing fees, and wire transfer fees are nonrefundable.
- Substitutions: Requests must be made in writing and must be submitted by the person who paid for the registration or by the original registrant to [email protected].
