Virtual attendance

Rates are in GBP inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Please note:

• Reduced registration rates are available to participants from low- and middle-income countries (LMC), as defined by the World Bank, family carers and students. Students are asked to provide proof of their student status at registration in order to qualify at the stated rate.
• Accompanying person’s registration provides admission to the Welcome reception only.

Virtual registration

This pass entitles you to the following:

• Access to the online sessions and networking opportunities
• Access to selected in-person sessions via live-stream
• Access to virtual poster gallery and exhibition
• Access to online programme and abstract books
• Access to the virtual platform and video content post conference for 1 month

Cancellations and substitutions

• Substitutions can be made at no charge. Substitutions cannot be made from Friday 3 June 2022.
• Registrations can be cancelled at no charge until 5 December, thereafter cancellation will incur a charge of £40.
• For cancellations after Friday 13 May 2022, no refund will be possible.
• No refund of the registration fee will be made for non-participation.
• Notice of substitution or cancellation must be given in writing to the Organisers at [email protected]
