2021年第27届欧洲小儿神经外科学会(ESPN)双年大会将于2021年4月25-28日行。
欧洲小儿神经外科学会（ESPN）成立于1967年，宗旨是通过支持与小儿神经外科有关的神经科学信息和技术的道德传播和交流，促进欧洲和全世界儿童的健康。ESPN是历史最悠久的致力于小儿神经外科发展的国际学会，活动的重点是提供最高水平的儿童神经外科方面的教育，每两年举办一次大会和共识会议。
| Dear Friends and Colleagues, Following advice from the Greek Health Authorities we decided to postpone the Congress to next year. We have set up new dates, 25 – 28 April 2021. This is not a decision taken lightly, but the health and safety of delegates, their partners and staff who are involved in the organization of the Congress, come first. Whilst it is unfortunate that we will not be able to meet soon, the situation is outside our control and we follow events and developments on the pandemic. In our recent Executive Board meeting that was carried out by teleconference, we decided that there will be no other change of dates for the Congress, so one way or another, we will have a Congress next year! lingyuint.The move of the Congress to next April inevitably had repercussions on the Refresher Course, which has been postponed by a year. Announcements on new dates will follow shortly. We hope that this unfortunate situation will end soon so that normality can return in the near future and we can welcome you all next year in Athens. We thank all our participants, sponsors and partners for understanding the need to take these steps and we look forward to seeing you in Athens in April 2021 to have a successful 27th ESPN Congress. Call for Abstracts/摘要信息
We are pleased to announce that, due to the rescheduling of the congress to 25 - 28 April 2021, we re-open the abstract submission portal. This will provide the opportunity for new research that had not been previously available to feature in the congress.
All previously submitted abstracts that have already been reviewed and accepted will be duly presented as originally planned during the congress in April 2021.

Cancellation Policy/取消政策
Cancellation of participation is to be made in written to the Congress Organizing Bureau.The following cancellation policy will apply:
- For cancellation requests received until January 24, 2021: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- For cancellation requests received from January 25, 2021 onwards: no refund applies.
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted. An additional handling fee of 20 EUR per refund will apply.
