2022年第13届欧洲乳腺癌会议(EBCC-13)将于2022年11月16日至18日在西班牙巴塞罗那以线上线下结合形式举行。欧洲乳腺癌大会(EBCC)是在美国以外地区召开的最大的乳腺癌会议，其宗旨是在欧洲支持建立一个多学科的进行乳腺癌各个方面（从基础到临床）科学交流的平台，为所有对乳腺癌感兴趣的相关人士提供了一个探讨分享最新科学知识的机会，以批判性的方式呈现和审查新数据，并与该领域的领先专家进行互动；预计有来自全球90多个国家的2500余名专业人士参会，与会者包括科学家、临床医生、患者代表等等。

欧洲乳腺癌理事会(EBCCouncil)是一个由欧洲乳腺癌相关组织组成的联盟，其三个创始成员分别是欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织(EORTC)乳腺工作组、欧洲乳腺癌专家协会(EUSOMA)和欧洲乳腺癌联盟(EUROPA DONNA)；其使命是宣提高人们对乳腺癌患者的认识，促进就有关乳腺癌的有争议问题达成共识，提高对乳腺癌的预防、诊断、治疗和护理水平。

Defining effective treatment & research strategies through multidisciplinarity

The 13th European Breast Cancer Conference (EBCC 13) will be held in Barcelona, Spain from 16-18 November 2022. The conference bring together over 2500 breast cancer specialists, patient advocates as well as other stakeholders from over 80 countries. Its aim is to educate and update the breast cancer community on the best treatment strategies, so that their patients receive the highest quality of care. EBCC 13 will provide a platform for all stakeholders to critically present and review new data, interacting with leading experts in the field. This conference will be a hybrid meeting offering an in person conference with live streaming of sessions for those delegates that cannot participate physically.

Based on the 10 step breast cancer patient journey, the programme will provide breast cancer specialists up to date information on all areas of breast cancer management. The conference will challenge present day thinking to ensure education on optimal treatment and care. Over 120 multidisciplinary key opinion leaders will present their latest findings and provide information that the oncologists can use in their daily practice.

The conference also hosts a media programme inviting journalists from around the world to write about the latest data. In past meetings, EBCC has attracted over 100 journalists coming from more than 40 countries. News reports have been published across Europe, USA as well as rest of the world.

We are delighted to invite you to take part in the 13th edition of the European Breast Cancer Conference (EBCC-13), which will take place on 23-25 March 2022 in Barcelona, Spain.

As one of the largest Breast Cancer Conferences outside the USA, EBCC provides a platform for education, interaction and innovation. Our aim is to enable the breast cancer community to meet and discuss issues and challenges, to update the community on recent results and concepts and to critically review new information. Breast cancer stakeholders from over 90 countries will come together to share the most recent scientific knowledge so that they can integrate it into their daily practice.

EBCC will once again take place in the context of very tangible advances made for patients in prevention, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and advances driven by research in recent years, emphasising the successful application of a multidisciplinary approach. This latest edition is firmly based again on an allinclusive vision of breast cancer and brings together clinicians, scientists, patient representatives and health professionals of diverse profiles to tackle key issues facing patients throughout the breast cancer journey. The programme will address the importance of teamwork and interactions between all professionals and specialities involved in breast cancer.

Amongst the very stimulating educational and enjoyable sessions of the programme, highlights will include thought-provoking debates, keynote and best practice sessions, dedicated society sessions and exciting clinical science symposia organised throughout the three days.

EBCC-13 enables deep engagement from all specialists including patients and patient advocates, and for the first time, the new hybrid format will ensure maximum networking benefit during the face-to-face meeting in Barcelona which can seamlessly continue online post event.
