2022年第29届欧洲肥胖症大会/年会(ECO2022-Zoom Forward)将于2022年5月4日至7日在荷兰马斯特里赫特举行，会议由欧洲肥胖研究协会(EASO)与国际肥胖与代谢病外科联盟欧洲分会(IFSO-EC)联合组织。

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We are very honored and excited to welcome you to Zoom Forward 22 (4-7 May 2022), the joint congress on obesity of the European Association of the Study of Obesity and the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and metabolic disorders-European Chapter.

With an appealing and fully integrated scientific program with lectures by key opinion leaders, teaching workshops, ample room for (new) investigators to present their research findings, and opportunities for site visits to metabolic research facilities at Maastricht University Medical Centre+ (walking distance from the congress center), we hope to see many of you in Maastricht, the Netherlands! Innovations and state-of-the-art science will be highlighted, as well as the challenges that lie ahead of us. For those who are not yet allowed to travel due to COVID-19, this hybrid conference can be followed remotely.

In addition, Maastricht lends itself perfectly to strengthen existing ties and make new contacts during one of the first major live events in Europe after the various lockdowns that we have necessarily experienced over the past two years. Furthermore, as the oldest city of the Netherlands, Maastricht has a rich historical past and a vibrant nightlife.

Payment policy
Your registration will only be confirmed once full payment is received. Payment must be in Euros using one of the following options:

Preferred Payment Option:

1. Credit card – Visa and MasterCard payments can be completed during Online Registration. Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.
2. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, instructions will be included on your invoice. Please note that an international bank transfer may take up to 10 days to reach our account and that you should ensure that transfers are completed well in advance of the registration deadlines.

If you take advantage of the early pre-registration rate, payment must be received by the 25 February 2021 deadline. If payment is not received by this deadline, the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretaria.
• Early Rate Cancellations received prior to 25 February 2022 will receive a full refund less a €100 administration fee. Cancellations received after 28 February 2022 will not be refunded.
• Late Rate Cancellations received prior to 25 March 2022 will receive a full refund less a €100 administration fee. Cancellations received after 26 March 2022 will not be refunded.
• Substitute delegates will be accepted but must be advised in writing.
