2020年第4届亚太甲状腺外科学会大会

2020年第4届亚太甲状腺外科学会(APTS)大会将于2020年8月26-29日在印度科钦/Cochin举行，会议由亚太甲状腺外科学会(APTS)主办。

亚太甲状腺外科学会(APTS)于2014年由亚太地区知名的甲状腺外科专家发起成立，其宗旨是致力于促进亚太地区甲状腺外科的发展，改善甲状腺疾病患者的护理。APTS致力于促进和推进甲状腺外科的科学知识和技术发展；促进甲状腺外科和疾病的研究和教育，并保持甲状腺外科临床实践的高标准；发展亚太地区外科医师和与甲状腺外科相关的医师之间的友谊；与国际、国家和地区的甲状腺协会和学会合作；制定甲状腺手外科和疾病的公共信息和教育计划。

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the Asia-Pacific Society of Thyroid Surgery (APTS), it is my pleasure and privilege to invite all of you to attend the 4th Congress of APTS that will be held on August 26-29, 2020, in Kochi, India.

It is exciting to see the rapid growth of APTS with increasing numbers of active members up to 1,140 doctors from 40 countries. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the active involvement and interaction of all APTS members. The 4th Congress of the APTS will cover all aspects of thyroid and parathyroid disorders. I do believe that our gathering in Kochi will be a great opportunity to learn the most cutting-edge knowledge and techniques, share experiences with each other, and strengthen our friendships.

Kochi is a major port city on the south-west coast of India bordering the Laccadive Sea, and is widely referred to as the financial and commercial capital of Kerala. Kochi has a special lagoon terrain, excellent natural harbor and geographical location, and had been named by National Geographic as "One of the world's top 10 places to visit" and "One of the 50 places to visit in life". The beautifulcity is very worthwhile for us to take a vacation and relax.
