2022年第35届美国儿科血液学肿瘤学会(ASPHO)年会将于2022年5月4日至7日在美国宾夕法尼亚州匹兹堡
举行。ASPHO年会是儿科血液学肿瘤学领域首屈一指的学术会议，不仅为与会者提供高质量的教育内容，同时也是与同行建立联系，分享交流该领域创新进展的平台。上届会议有来自世界各地的1200余名专业人士与会。

美国儿科血液学肿瘤学会(ASPHO)成立于1981年，现拥有2000余名会员，ASPHO是唯一致力于促进儿科血液学/肿瘤学专科医生专业发展和兴趣的专业组织。ASPHO是一个多学科组织，通过推进研究、教育、治疗和专业实践，对患有血液疾病和癌症的儿童和青少年提供最佳的护理。

More than 1,200 pediatric hematology/oncology professionals from around the world attend the ASPHO Conference. A flagship meeting for the field, the ASPHO Conference allows attendees to receive high-quality educational content, network with their colleagues, and discover innovative advancements in pediatric hematology/oncology.

Attendees receive superior educational programming from internationally known experts in the field of pediatric hematology/oncology. The educational programming includes a dynamic variety of symposia, workshops, plenary sessions, and poster sessions.

The goal is to solicit the very best, original basic, clinical, and social science abstracts that relate to the field of pediatric hematology/oncology. Any individual abstract may be part of an on-going project. Abstracts previously presented in whole or in part may be submitted to the ASPHO. However, these abstracts must be updated or modified in some way.

Material that has been or is expected to be published in manuscript form before the dates of the ASPHO conference is not acceptable for presentation in either poster or paper formats.

General Information

• All communication will go to the Submitter.
• Abstracts are limited to 400 words. Tables and charts will not be accepted.
• All submitters (including those who submit case reports) must include the following components in the body of the abstract: 
  • Background
  • Objective
  • Design/Method
  • Results
  • Conclusion
• Submitters must indicate the institution, city, state and country where the research was done.
• Each abstract must have a theme (or topic) selected. 
  • Hemostasis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology
  • Red Cells
  • Hematology – General
  • Leukemia/Lymphoma/Histiocyte Disorders
  • Solid Tumors
  • Oncology - General
  • Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy
  • Case Reports (including Case Series)
  • Outcomes Research 
  • Quality Improvement/Patient Safety 
• Submitters should also indicate:
  • If they will be applying for the ASPHO Young Investigator Award, the Early Career Travel Stipend Award, or the Advanced Practice Provider Award.
  • Their preferred presentation format: oral, poster, or both.
  • If the abstract was accepted at any other national meeting(s).

All accepted abstracts will be published on the ASPHO website and in the Pediatric Blood & Cancer Journal (online format) as submitted.ASPHO will not allow any changes to the abstract once the system closes on January 13, 2022.

Conference Registration Guidelines for Presenters:

Paper and poster abstracts will be presented at various times throughout the Conference on Wednesday, May 4 through Saturday, May 7. Presentation times will be assigned at the time the abstract is accepted; authors cannot request a specific presentation date/time. Prior to submission of the abstract, at least one author must agree to attend the ASPHO conference and to participate as the paper or poster presenter. ASPHO will not waive the registration fee for presenters. Presenters are responsible for all personal expenses (e.g., travel, hotel) and for conference registration fees.

Late Breaking Abstracts

ASPHO does not have a separate call for late breaking abstracts. All submissions must be received by the January 13, 2022 deadline.

Submission

The system will remain open from November 4, 2021, to January 13, 2022. The system will close at 3:00 pm Central Time (4:00 pm Eastern Time; 2:00 pm Mountain Time; 1:00 pm Pacific Time) on Thursday, January 13, 2022, and additional submissions will not be accepted. 

Note: The system may be slower on January 12 and 13 due to the higher volume of submissions. ASPHO is not responsible for abstracts that are not submitted by the deadline due to a slower system.

Fee-摘要提交费

There will be a $25.00 USD fee per abstract to be paid by credit card. The fee will be collected at the end of the submission process, before the abstract can be submitted. Payment must be done online within the system during the time of submission (payment will not be taken in any other form such as by phone or check). NOTE: Your submission will not be considered 'complete' until the payment is processed and the abstract is submitted, so please take this step into consideration when you submit your proposal. 

Notification

Submitters will be notified by early March 2022 regarding selection of their abstract.
