2020年第10届亚洲儿科感染性疾病大会(ACPID)将于2020年10月28-31日在韩国首尔举行，会议由韩国儿科感染病学会(KSPID) 与亚洲儿科感染性疾病学会(ASPID)联合举办。亚洲儿科感染性疾病大会(ACPID)是亚太地区儿科感染性疾病领域最具影响力的会议，每两年举办一次，每届会议都有千余名来自世界各地的专业人士参会，大会对促进亚洲儿童感染性疾病领域的发展做出了卓越贡献。
亚洲儿科感染性疾病学会(ASPID)于1994年组建，其总部临时设在菲律宾马尼拉，从2016年起，ASPID将总部设于泰国曼谷。ASPID的宗旨是通过举办研讨会、专题讨论会及其它科学会议等，促进亚洲地区儿科感染性疾病的诊断、预防和治疗方面知识和技能的进步，鼓励国内外研究机构高优先级合作研究儿科感染性疾病。
Dear Colleagues and Friends,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee and in collaboration with The Korean Society of Pediatric Infectious Diseases (KSPID), it is my great pleasure to invite you to the 10th Asian Congress of Pediatric Infectious Diseases (ACPID 2020), taking place in Seoul from the 28th to the 31st of October, 2020.
ACPID is one of the most prominent events in pediatric infectious diseases in Asia. The scientific program this year will take in the most critical issues in pediatric infectious diseases, with experts from around the world making this congress a stimulating arena for in-depth discussion on recent advances.There will also be great social events that will provide opportunities for networking and developing our friendships.
With the conference taking place in late October, the weather in Seoul will be Autumnal. It is a great time of year to visit and explore everything the city has to offer, from K-pop and K-beauty to ancient temples and street markets. The days should be pleasantly warm and dry (around 16°C) and the evenings and nights refreshingly cool but comfortable (around 7°C). You'll also notice when you arrive at the airport that nearly every sign is translated, so you'll have no problems getting around or using public transport.
Along with our colleagues and partners, ACPID 2020 promises to make your visit to Seoul an unforgettable one. Please join us for an outstanding scientific meeting that will enrich all participants’ knowledge and enhance the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of pediatric infectious diseases for all children in Asia.
