2020年第2届国际儿科牙科协会(IAPD)全球峰会将于2020年11月6-8日在中国台湾台北举行。
国际儿科牙科协会(IAPD)成立于1969年，原名为IADC（国际儿童牙科协会），1991年京都会议期间，IADC更名为IAPD（国际儿科牙科协会）。IAPD现拥有69个国家学会会员和超过2000名个人会员，并通过其会员协会代表着15000多名牙医。IAPD目的是建立一个有关儿童牙科国际信息交流的论坛；促进儿童口腔健康学科的进步和发展，并鼓励在这一领域的研究；组织科学会议。

Important Announcement The IAPD Board of Directors has announced the postponement of the 2nd Global Summit, Global Pathway to Evidence-Based Dental Caries Management in Children, which was set to take place from 6-8 November 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan. We are all facing an unprecedented global impact with the Covid-19 crisis and what the future will hold for the months to come is still unclear. With the global pandemic still accelerating in several areas of the world, this decision was made with the safety of participants and our global communities firmly in mind. The new date for the event is likely to be early in 2022. We will provide an update as soon as a new date has been confirmed. The Board of Directors of the International Association of Paediatric Dentistry is pleased to invite you to attend the second Global Summit of IAPD: Global Pathway to Evidence-Based Dental Caries Management, scheduled from 6-8 November 2020 in Taipei, Taiwan.
We invite all our National Societies and individual members and call on the industry to participate in this important scientific event, as this will be one of the few international opportunities to meet together, to exchange information, as well as to discuss and learn about the emerging dental caries management strategies.
