2022年ESMO世界胃道肠肿瘤大会(ESMO World GI 2022)

Registration fees include admittance to all scientific sessions, Congress materials, processing of certificates of attendance or continuing medical education, and all event functions as specified in the agenda.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing and postmarked by May 18, 2022. Cancellations via email must be submitted by this date to [email protected]. Cancellations received via email by May 18, 2022 will receive a refund minus a €100 processing fee. For registration fees less than €100, the registration fee is non-refundable. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person's name by June 22, 2022.  No refunds will be issued after May 18, 2022. If you do not cancel and do not attend the event, you are still responsible for full payment. There are no exceptions to these policies. Payments made may not be applied toward tuition for future congresses, nor other meetings or products offered by HMP or NACCME.

HMP or NACCME does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation, or any other costs incurred by registrants in the rare event that this Congress should be cancelled for any reason. Cancellations for hotel and transportation reservations must be handled by the individual registrant directly with the hotel, the airline, and/or other company. No refunds are offered for classes that may be suspended or shortened due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond HMP or NACCME’s control.
