2022年第7届世界小儿外科大会

2022年第7届世界小儿外科医师协会联盟(WOFAPS)世界大会将于2022年10月12-15日在捷克共和国布拉格举行，会议由世界小儿外科医师协会联盟(WOFAPS)主办。会议将展示涵盖小儿外科不同亚专业的最新更新和创新，届时将有来自世界各地知名机构的领导人和本领域的顶级专家作主题演讲。

世界小儿外科医师协会联盟(WOFAPS)成立于1974年，现已发展成为全球各国小儿外科协会的代表机构，现拥有100多个成员国学会会员。WOFAPS自2004年以来每三年举办一次“世界大会”。此前的活动已在华盛顿特区，柏林，德里，布宜诺斯艾利斯、萨格勒布和多哈宣举行，预计有超过1000名代表参加本次会议。

President of the 7th WOFAPS World Congress

It is my great pleasure to invite you to the 7th World Congress of the World Federation of Associations of Pediatric Surgeons (WOFAPS), which will take place in Prague, Czech Republic in October 2022. We are living in a century of fascinating development of information technology and information sharing through the Internet and social networks during the Covid-19 pandemic has completely changed the way people communicate with each other, including congresses and professional meetings.

However, even a well-organized online congress is no substitute for face-to-face meetings in professional and social discussions. That is why I would like to invite you to a classic, face-to-face congress of pediatric surgery in Prague, a charming city in the heart of Europe.

I believe that after two long years of virtual reality, it will be the right time for the world community of pediatric surgeons to meet in person. The main topics of the congress, with the participation of many personalities from the world of pediatric surgery, will certainly reflect the latest trends in education, clinical practice and research.

I am convinced that in the atmosphere of historic Prague we will appreciate together the irreplaceable value of personal meetings and working friendships for the further development of global pediatric surgery in every country and all over the world.
