Cancellation Policy
All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing to MCA Events SRL (registration@eciccongress.eu)
– Full refund will be made for cancellation requests received 6 months before the planned congress date, handling fee (€50) will not be refunded
– 50% of the total fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received 3 months before the planned congress date
– After the above-mentioned deadlines, no registrations can be claimed for cancellation
All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.
