2021年第9届亚洲子宫内膜异位症大会

2021年第9届亚洲子宫内膜异位症大会(ACE2021)将于2021年10月28日至30日举行，会议由亚洲子宫内膜异位症与子宫腺肌症学会(ASEA)与斯里兰卡子宫内膜异位症协会联合举办。亚洲子宫内膜异位症大会是由ASEA主办的亚洲规模最大的子宫内膜异位症及子宫腺肌症专业会议，会议将为与者提供一个介绍和讨论子宫内膜异位症及其相关领域最新研究进展的平台。

亚洲子宫内膜异位症和子宫腺肌症学会(ASEA)成立于2012年，其宗旨是通过教育、宣传、研究改善对子宫内膜异位症患者的护理，从而提高全亚洲妇女的健康。ASEA每年举办一次亚洲子宫内膜异位症大会，目的是提高认识，增进子宫内膜异位症相关知识，促进创新的和交流传播最佳临床护理方法。

It is with great pleasure that I invite you to participate in the IXth Asian Congress on Endometriosis (ACE2021), to be held from 28th to 30th October 2021. Due to the pandemic, we will be holding it in a ‘hybrid’ format. It means you could join us from the comfort of your home or workplace or if you so choose and the pandemic permits, we invite you to make the Congress an opportunity to visit our beautiful country.

Despite a major thrust in research, endometriosis remains as enigmatic as ever. The ‘bottom line’ is that the treatment received by women suffering from the disease remains suboptimal. This remains so particularly for women of Asia. In this Conference, have lined up lectures by some of the leading global experts in the field, spanning the West to the East, catering to the needs of clinicians as well as researchers. We hope that this Conference will help to build bridges between researchers and clinicians and East-West cooperation to improve the quality of care received by the millions of endometriosis sufferers all over the world.
