The deadline to submit an abstract is 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, December 12, 2021. Authors wishing to withdraw an abstract after the submission deadline must do so in writing via email to [email protected] prior to December 15, 2021. After December 15, 2021, accepted abstracts cannot be withdrawn from printed meeting materials.
Notifications will be sent to all submitting authors after the submission deadline.

CONFERENCE FEES - $1,195

Conference fee of $1,195 includes tuition, syllabus materials, lunch and coffee breaks. All registrations will be confirmed via email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you cancel your AF2022 registration by 11:59 PM EST, Thursday, December 23, 2021, you will be refunded the conference fee less $100. No refunds will be made after that time. Requests for a cancellation with a refund must be made in writing and set to Registration via email to [email protected]. The AFS is not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellation received after the December 23, 2021, deadline.
