The AATS Mechanical Support for the Heart and Lung Symposium is a two-day state of the art symposium that will focus on contemporary and novel mechanical circulatory support devices, techniques, and approaches to support the heart and lung – both inside and outside the body! Learn about the latest technologies to support and treat patients with advanced heart and lung failure. World-class faculty will present on a variety of topics including durable and temporary mechanical circulatory support devices including VADs, ECMO, para-corporeal support, ex vivo heart and ex vivo lung perfusion technology. Topics include durable VAD support for destination therapy and new technologies in mobile heart and lung support as well as bridging to heart and lung transplantation. The program will offer numerous sessions designed to create forums for clinicians, scientists, and industry to collaborate and network on topics important to patient care and advancement of the field.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations cannot be made via the online website and must be made in writing to the AATS Administrative Offices. Direct your correspondence using the contact information below. If written notice of cancellation is received at the AATS Administrative Offices on or before January 13, 2020 the registration fee will be refunded after the meeting, less a $100 USD administrative fee.
