2020年第15届ISSX/EACPT联合会议

2020年第15届ISSX/EACPT联席会议将于2020年6月7日至10日在瑞士日内瓦举行，会议由国际外源物研究学会(ISSX)与欧洲临床药理学与治疗学协会(EACPT)联合组织，会议将汇集实验和临床学科领域的从事药物研究、药物开发、药物使用和临床实践的研究人员，为与会者提供一个独特的机会，以交流思想和专业知识，形成共同的愿景，促进与建立合作。

国际外源物研究学会(ISSX)成立于1981年，是致力于研究生物系统中化学物质的代谢和处置的最大科学团体之一，其宗旨是促进生物系统与药物和化学品相互作用的研究和教育，以造福全世界。ISSX的活动涉及全球药物开发和毒理学的各个方面；对外源物（药物，农药，工业化学品，环境污染物和其他外源性物质）的研究涵盖了生物系统中这些化合物的引入、分布和运输、相互作用和消除。ISSX定期组织科学会议，每三年举行一次国际会议；在随后的几年中，通常每年在北美，两年一次在欧洲以及在可能和适当的情况下在世界其他地区举行区域会议。

The first call for abstracts is now open and will close on Sunday, March 1, 2020.
The Poster Award Competition closed when the First Call for Abstracts closed on March 1, 2020. Any submissions to this category made after March 2, 2020 will be considered only for the General Abstracts.
It is a requirement that at least one author named in the abstract be a current, paid-in-full ISSX and/or EACPT member. By submitting an abstract one must confirm that if their abstract is accepted that they will attend the 15th European ISSX and EACPT Meeting.

Dear friends and colleagues,

On behalf of Meeting President, Jules Desmeules, and the entire Meeting Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to invite you to the 15th European ISSX (International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics) and EACPT (European Association for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics) joint meeting held in beautiful Geneva, Switzerland. This joint meeting – under the overarching theme “Precision Medicine from Bench to Bedside”- will bring together researchers from both experimental and clinical disciplines engaged in drug research, drug development, drug use, and clinical practice. It will bring the unique opportunity for members of the two scientific societies to exchange ideas and expertise, to develop a common vision, and to create and nurture collaborations in different fields of the study of medicines.

The meeting will start with short courses on options for the development of patient population specific PBPK models, and basic aspects, applications and methodologies of major omics technologies in the context of precision medicine. Following the short courses, the opening keynote lecture will discuss regulatory aspects of precision medicine after which attendees and registered guests are invited to the opening welcome reception to enjoy refreshments and meet with exhibiting companies.

Fifteen scientific symposia encompassing a broad spectrum of topics important in the field will be featured by state-of-the-art plenaries and lectures as well as lectures by the recipients of the European Scientific Achievement Award and the European New Investigator Award. In addition, there will be poster sessions, a trade exhibition, and industry-sponsored symposia. On the social side, we are planning an enjoyable conference dinner with the tradition of Swiss hospitality giving an excellent opportunity to expand your network.

Geneva is the second largest city in Switzerland and known for its humanitarian tradition and cosmopolitan flair, hosting numerous international organizations. Embedded between nearby Alpine peaks and the hilly terrain of the Jura, the French-speaking city of Geneva grows from the shores of Lake Geneva into the surrounding country.
